It has been more than two months since I last wrote a blog. During this time, there have been many trivial matters, and I finally have time during the holiday to review what I have done in the past two months.
MyShell#
MyShell is a Web3 + AI creation platform. Recently, I created two bots on it. One is a digital avatar of food blogger Amy, and the other is a tool created using pro config to help foreigners learn Chinese — providing Chinese grammar analysis and simulating HSK level exams.
The original intention of creating these two bots is to solve practical problems encountered in real life. I really enjoy watching the food Vlogs that Amy posts on YouTube or Bilibili. Most of her videos are about Chinese cuisine. I think discussing "food and culture" to practice spoken English is quite an interesting way. The idea for the Zoe Chinese bot came from a Chinese learning Discord group I joined earlier (where I found a language exchange partner). I saw that many beginners in Chinese in this group were preparing for the HSK Chinese proficiency test.
Ton#
In last year's annual summary, I mentioned an article — Social and Crypto, Telegram's Next Decade. Recently, the Ton ecosystem has started to explode, and major media outlets and developers have begun to pay attention to its ecosystem. Some projects have also launched applications compatible with the Ton ecosystem — TMA (Telegram Mini APP).
Reading#
During this time, a considerable amount of time has been spent interviewing candidates. To build an efficient and vibrant technical team, the core is the composition of team members. "How to find suitable candidates for the team among a vast number of resumes" is indeed not a simple question, and "whether the interview questions can assess the candidate's true abilities" and "how to control the interview process to make it more efficient" are all issues I encountered during interviews.
